Too often, we shut down aspects of ourselves—our emotions, sensitivities, or instincts—in reaction to pain or societal pressure.
However, living fully requires opening up to all experiences, the painful as well as the joyful. By reconnecting our minds and hearts, we gain access to deep wisdom accumulated through personal and ancestral experiences, as well as from higher consciousness, allowing us to feel truly fulfilled and at peace.
I got a powerful reminder of this few weeks ago (on a lazy morning, to be honest), as a message started to come through me.
It’s obvious this message was meant for myself, but as I’ve said before, what’s most personal usually ends up being most universal, and for that reason, I shared the message in the latest episode of The Insights Within Podcast (episode #31).
It’s a gentle reminder for us all that real wholeness, health, and wellbeing are possible only when we integrate every part of ourselves and approach life wholeheartedly.
Because the wisdom that you hold within yourself—is there to be lived.
Not just realised. Or understood.
But truly lived.
In the way of your beingness.
In how you think.
In how you feel.
How you relate.
And the action you take.
Because only then you get to know that the uncomfortable moments—the challenges and difficulties—aren’t your enemies. And not wanting to experience them doesn’t need to limit you, or hold you back, anymore.
It’s there, in that moment of deep insight and experience, that you get to harness the true health and wellbeing of who you truly are.
After all, life is a full-body experience, and you’re meant to live it.
With my all,
Paula
