First of all, I want to wish you all the best to the upcoming Holiday Season – may it be the best it can be, regardless of the outside forces. One affirmation that brings me much peace during turbulent times is this one of Louise Hay:
“Out of this situation only good will come. This is easily resolved for the highest good of all concerned. All is well and I am safe.”
For unknown reasons, this soothes my nerves and keeps my mind open to see the opportunities, possibilities and solutions that exist all around us. Hope it does the same for you.
Second, as a gentle reminder, there’s no need to get the world ready within next week, or before New Year either. I know this may be the busiest time of the year, and the time when it’s so easy to prioritize everything else than our own wellbeing, yet remember to look after yourself, too.
For some reason, this isn’t always automatic, but to keep yourself confident in your own being and doing, you need to cultivate this skill as well.
Therefore, I recommend you next week
– block time also just for yourself and for relaxing
– ignore what others may have to say about it
– and laugh out loud every day
Keep showing up consistently for yourself, your dreams and goals, your life, your loved ones and your community! You got this!
I’ll be reaching out on New Year the next time.
Until then, sending you much love and warm hugs,
Paula
