Feeling stuck? Don’t know what to do?

Are you, or have you ever been, feeling stuck? Not knowing what to do?

This is a quick note reminding you that it’s ok. We all have our own stuff that gets in the way sometimes.

And there of course can be a lot related to feeling and being stuck, but the most common reasons over the years that have held my clients back, feeling stuck, have been the beliefs that

  1. Something’s too good to be true
  2. They don’t know what to do
  3. They’re not good enough

These of course aren’t true.

But understanding it intellectually is very different than really owning the truth.

Shifting one’s consciousness in moments of stuckness is truly empowering.

Especially when the shift amplifies wellbeing (and not drama).

That’s when you’re able to better utilise your true power.

And don’t worry. Like I said, we all experience feeling stuck at some point and in some ways in our lives.

No one’s exempt either from occasional confusion or overwhelm in today’s world. Not even the most successful ones.

If you’re feeling stuck, and you feel called to, check in with yourself and notice if any of the following might help:

  1. Find proof that it is possible
  2. Ask clarifying questions
  3. Chunk whatever you’re doing into small enough pieces

I personally lean into numbers 2 and three at least weekly, if not daily.

These help you spring back into action sustainably, because what you’re doing here is rooted in self-love and self-worth.

It’s not about bullying yourself into doing something.

It’s about kindly and gently leading yourself into the desired direction.

If you’d like to get clarity on one particular thing, and would like support in the process, I have limited spots available for 1:1 sessions in June. The cost is €99.

Just reach out and I’ll send you more details.

Much love,
Paula
