Healing your voice

For a long time I had a very mixed up relationship with using my own voice. Not so much the actual sound, but rather speaking my truth and sharing my thoughts, emotions, problems and successes with others.

Using my voice was one of my major weaknesses in life.

Because for so long I didn’t use my voice, I had lost my connection with it. In other words, lost connection with myself. 

I didn’t know who I was or what I was in this world. I was always changing for the purpose of others, trying to earn acceptance in that way.

It took a while to even become aware of this. And even a bit longer to start healing my voice. I will probably be on that journey for the rest of my life. 

Healing your voice means honoring your voice. Recognising that you matter. Your voice matters. What you have to share with others matters.

How can you become stronger with using your voice?

This is a question I’ve been asking myself a lot during the past years.

This time, the answer is by starting a podcast.

I’ve felt the invitation for quite a while now, and with recent events taking place both in my life and business, now’s the time.

I’m just taking my first steps with this idea, so I’ll keep you posted as to when and where it will be launched.

At the moment, I’m playing with the name and the topics and I’d like to invite you to be part of the process.
